What to expect

Did you know?

Often, before a 1 on 1 session, that once the booking has been made, the body starts to process.  It knows what needs to surface to be worked with. So if you start feeling your symptoms amp up, or you become more emotional, please consider this a sign that you are nearing a transformative shift.

I invite you to trust and lean into whatever arises before-hand and bring it into our session to be fully completed. 

Before your session:

  • Please don't consume stimulants

  • Eat lightly

  • Plan to have a gentle, self-focused day

During your session:

Each session is a co-created space to meet what’s present in your body, mind, and spirit. We work intuitively, drawing from all the modalities on offer. We're completely guided by your body’s pace and readiness.

Together, we gently explore emotional landscapes such as:

  • Wanting to find more peace and safety in the body

  • Trauma and post-trauma states (including sexual trauma)

  • Chronic illness and emotional disconnection

  • Fear, Sadness, Anger, Joy, Grief, Terror

  • Identity shifts, transitions, or spiritual awakenings

Sessions are body-led and nervous-system aware. I will never push you past your edge, only invite you to explore what’s possible with compassion and care.

Please Bring: 

  • Comfortable clothing (something you can move, breathe, or lie down in)

  • A water bottle

  • A journal and pen (for anything that wants to be captured or processed after)

  • Any support item you love - like a crystal, scarf, essential oil, or small comfort object

  • An open mind and no expectations - come as you are

After a Session:

You may feel a range of things!

Light, clear, emotional, tender, tired, spacious, raw, or even deeply alive. Anything that feels out of your usual - This is all normal.

Sometimes an “emotional hangover” can occur — as your body integrates the release or awareness that’s surfaced.

 

To support your integration:

  • Keep the rest of your day slow and spacious if possible

  • Avoid busy social situations or overstimulation

  • Drink plenty of water

  • Consider a bath or time in nature

  • Journal or rest if that feels nourishing

Give yourself permission to be in gentle process for a few hours — or even days — afterward.

 

This is Soul Work, and your all your bodies need nourishment and  tenderness.

A little more about the modalities used

Breathwork Journey

Are. The. Ultimate. Reveal. The Coming Home to YOU. 

It’s just like peeling back layers of an onion. Every little layer, thick or thin, comes away through each journey, and you find yourself in greater connection to your core. Your truth, your values and goals will sit in alignment with your beliefs and behaviours. Freedom. 

We’re working with the subconscious – this is where all of our thoughts, feelings, memories and experiences are stored. It's where our beliefs are stored and where our behaviours, old programs, triggers and patterns stem from. 

When we breathe consciously, it switches off our frontal lobe (our critical conscious mind – the monkey mind) and gives our subconscious mind a chance to access and bring into our conscious awareness, events or emotions that haven’t been fully processed and healed. 

It's key to remember: Our Thoughts/Events/Experiences + Emotions = Beliefs 

And the way to reprogram and create new neural pathways and thoughts is to release the emotions. When we release the emotion stored in our body, we are able to finally lift the veil that was covering our eyes about the reality or the truth within the initial event. We get to the Root Cause. 

And in the background, new helpful beliefs about ourselves are being created as we breathe, which naturally in turn positively impacts our behaviours into life-giving ones.

 

Breathwork can also help to release trauma in the body, stuck or repressed emotions and physical pain - all of these help our nervous systems to feel calm and regulated again. 

Some breathwork journeys are gentle, calm, and peaceful. Some are deeper. Each one is uniquely different. Your body and subconscious will only ever bring something up to heal when you are ready and feeling safe in your body - it is highly intelligent like that. 

So, there is nothing to fear in this process. You are being guided through this beautiful offering. I will hold space for you and attend to any needs that may arise.

Afterwards, you will feel empowered, lighter, and confident in your healing journey and it will feel like it went by so quickly! 

Root Cause Therapy

An emotions focused therapy which uses guided meditation, regression and future projection to get to the Root Cause of your symptoms, Limiting Beliefs, Thought Patterns and behaviours that are negative and unhelpful. 

It is a powerful style of therapy that gets right to the core, where real, long-term change is possible. 

We work with all levels of the mind, the Conscious, the Subconscious and Unconscious where our automatic learnt behaviours and bottled up emotions reside. 

We also work with the body using Emotional Healing Processes to let go of those charges that are leaking and causing dis-ease in the body. 

If you feel like you have something within you holding you back, but you may not know exactly what it is, then this therapy is a great way to figure that out. 

Release yourself from your past, so you can be IN THE NOW. Present and fully functional. 

EFT
(Emotional Freedom Technique)

EFT, also known as tapping, is a gentle, body-based technique that helps release emotional distress, stored trauma, limiting beliefs, and stress from the nervous system.

It involves lightly tapping on specific acupressure points on the face and upper body while tuning into emotions, memories, or physical sensations. This helps calm the body’s fight-or-flight response, shift subconscious patterns, and bring the system back into balance.

EFT can support you to move through anxiety, fear, anger, or grief, gently access and release unresolved emotional pain, rewire beliefs that are keeping you stuck, create more safety and calm in your body and mind.

This technique is gentle, safe, empowering, and can be used both in sessions and as a self-support tool. It's especially effective when integrated with other somatic or breath-based practices.

Revive and Restore Breathwork

Is the Yin to the Transformational Journeys Yang. It’s all about re-educating you on your breathing patterns and creating resiliency in your nervous system. In a day and age where our nervous systems sit constantly in Fight or Flight mode, it's important to calm and often. 

Here we look at your breathing patterns and teach you how to breathe better in your normal everyday lives with tangible, focused results and take-home practices. We create an individualised daily routine, 'Dinacharya', for you to transfer these learnings and repeat in the real world. 

From here we move into some Somatic Practices and a Guided Breathwork that will help you Go with your Flow. You will breathe consciously whilst letting the music and sounds wash over you. 

By activating the parasympathetic nervous system, you'll be able to let go of any stress and anxiety and start sleeping better and living a more authentic, relaxed and calm version of yourself. We also cultivate a greater connection to your heart, allowing more joy and love to seep into your being.
